The services of a Laurent Tours tour leader is included in the cost of your program.  Not only does your leader know the city, he/she is most likely a theatre professional.  Please be aware that your tour leader will be with your group neither before 7:30am nor after 6:30pm as indicated in your group's itinerary.  Groups wishing more time with their leaders may negotiate extra costs with leader.  

At the end of the tour, it is appropriate for your group to extend a gratuity to your tour leader based on their performance.  (Suggested gratuity is $3 per person, per day.)

Participants under the age of 21 will be required to have the registration form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Laurent Tours requests participant's legal name, gender and birthdate for airline and insurance purposes.

$250 of each participant’s initial payment is non-refundable and required with each participant's reservation.

Checks should be given to your advisor(s) who will then send them to Laurent Tours via Federal Express or USPO Next Day Mail.  

Payments may also be made using a major credit card. Please note that use of the credit card payment will incur a processing fee.

Failure to make payments according to schedule will incur late fees of $25 per week.
